» RonnyG - Fat in the Feel Good Diet? Neurotransmitters more important

The point of the section on Fast Food Eating is to show how we can eat in the real world. Not everyone has time to cook at home. The chicken McNuggets recommendation was for 6-pieces. There are only 3 grams of fat compared to 15 grams of protein, hardly an artery clogger. The section on Neurotransmitter support is by far the most helpful, showing me how to improve my mood while losing weight.

In response to Fat in the Feel Good Diet? Neurotransmitters more important posted by RonnyG:

I certainly understand the need for a quick meal on the run. However, I'm not convinced that chicken nuggets are the best choice. 52% of the calories in the nuggets comes from fat. That, combined with the fact that they are fried are signs that these are not the healthiest option.

That being said, I also think everything is OK once in a while when eaten in moderation.
