Although I had to miss another meeting this week (and intend to get cuaght up in person again next week) I have continued to add up my daily points and use the check boxes that are provided for tracking water, frutis and vegetables, milk and fats.
Keeping track of the numbers help me stay in the right range for mt weight and activity range and allows me to see when i have points left that I can use at the end of the day. No more points simply means I can't eat any more. but if I know ahead of tiem how many points I need for something at the end of the day, I can eat conservatively the rest of the day to save room for it.
The flexpoints system seems to be working well for me and keeping me in line with where I need to be.
