I was unable to attend the Weight Watchers meeting this week. However, I did weigh in at home. I was up a pound for the week. I would have been disappointed had I not lost inches in my waist and hips and fit into a smaller pair of jeans this week. I have been walking 1.5 hour 3 days a week and I am feeling stronger and leaner because of it.
As for the food portion of the plan, I did eat the extra points that I earned from exercising and in hindsight, that may not be the best way to lose weight. I will experiment with not using the extra points this week and see if the results are any different.
