I attended my second meeting today. I have been folowing the Weight Watchers flexpoints system and found it to be easy. I lost 2 pounds this week and the best part is, I did not feel deprived. I didn't have to live on fruits and veggies. i ate out a handful of times and even ate things I knew I shouldn't, but the points evened out and I was able to lose weight on the plan.
I stayed for the brief meeting and now I am excited to begin week 2 of the Weight Watchers program and see how much weight I will lose this week.
