Salads are commonly on the menu for dieters because they are healthy. But you also have to watch what you put on your salad if you want to lsoe weight. Fresh lettuce and vegetables are the safest bets, but you have to draw the line at things like cheese, croutons and high-fat dressings that can add a lot of calories to the meal.
Salad dressings are often high in fat and calories. The usual advice is to either reduce your intake of it and use very little dressing or switch to a lowfat or light version. The problem with most light dressings is they don't quite taste the same.
Wish Bone has a new product out that is very low in calories without sacrifing the taste. Their Salad Spritzers are only one calorie per squirt (10 squirts is plenty and that is only 10 caloires.) The dressings have a nice taste to them that makes you feel like you are splurging. The Balsamic Breeze is a great vinaigrette.
Aside from being low calorie, Salad Spritzers have no cholesterol, no saturated fat, and only 1 gram of total fat, sugar and total carbs. All things considered, there's no reason no to sprits your salad with Wish Bone Salad Spritzers.
