Calculating your measurement is the best way to determine which body shape you really are.


I am a pear according to my body measurements. I feel more like an apple most days because I carry most of my weight in the middle, but I guess the way it is proportioned on my body is a good thing for me because I am at a lesser risk of heart diease and many other health conditions. Without the measurements I would have guessed I was an apple, so be sure to take the quick measurement and plug it into the equation to see whcih shape you really are.

Unfortunately, I am more likely to have low self-esteem and suffer from poor body image. I have certainly felt that way in the past, but it is something I have been working on. Through this weight loss journey I have become a stronger person and have changed from the inside out. It seems all I have left to do is kick up the cardio to lose the stubborn belly fat.
