Set yourself up for weight loss success by getting in a healthy breakfast every day to reduce late day craving and eat fewer calories overall.

Ever have one of those afternoons where you are so hungry that you can't control your eating and it seems like you can't stop grazing and nothing fills you up?

Well, that void is probably breakfast. Many people start their day off wrong by not fueling their bodies.

By skipping breakfast, you may feel okay for a while, but by late afternoon you will be ravenous and could eat anything that isn't nailed down. You end up eating far too many calories and risk putting your weight loss efforts in danger.

The simple fix is to eat breakfast every day. If time is a factor, prepare something the night before like a fruit cup or a bran muffin that you can take on the go. Stock your pantry with plenty of healthy options to choose from. Don't be afraid to spend calories on breakfast because it will save you more calories down the road. You'll have more control over impulse eating throughout the day and eat fewer total calories.
