The amount of sleep you get plays a key role in your weight loss success. So how can you beat insomnia and make better strides towards your weight loss goal?
· Reserve your bed for sleeping only.
· So something else if you aren't tired.
· Eat healthy meals throughout the day.
· Don't eat right before bed.
· Exercise regularly, but at least 3 hours before bed.
· Go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday.
· Take a warm bath.
· Use scented candles, play soft music or get a massage.
· Use relaxation techniques.
· Listen to a hypnosis CD or practice self-hypnosis.
· Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
· Create comfort by finding the right temperature, sounds, scents, cleanliness and comfortable bedding.
