You are the sum of all your choices. Learn how to make the right choices for positive change.

The occasional slip-up is inevitable. We can't be expected to eat healthy and incorporate every aspect of our healthy lifestyle plan all the time. But if you repeatedly choose to eat poorly, not drink enough water, not exercise, allow yourself to be sabotaged and generally fall into old habits, you will see poor weight loss results.

So how do you stop the cycle and stay on a positive track?

· Learn to avoid temptation.

· Get through the holidays without binging.

· Avoid saboteurs or learn how to tell them no.

· Stay on track even when you hit a plateau.

· Prepare healthy meals and snacks ahead of time when possible.

· Limit dining out and choose carefully when you do eat out.

· Set small goals and stick to them.

· Journal about the experience.

· Find support.

· Stick to an exercise routine.

· Find balance in your life.

· Reward yourself.

· Don't give up.

Poor choices lead to poor results, but you will be amazed at the difference that positive change can make in your life.
