Tracy Rose :
I've tried the Trunbo Jam workout and it is a solid workout that is good for beginners. It has steps that are easy to learn and you will feel the burn, especially after the first few sessions.

You don't need any speical equipment to get started - just the DVD set, a pair of light weight dumbbells and your own body weight!
