  • 2 eggs scrambled (use a non stick pan sprayed lightly with oil)
  • 1 cup lettuce and cucumber salad with vinegar dressing (no
  • substitutions)
  • 1 orange, or 2 tangerines
  • Unsweetened tea or coffee

It is also advised that those who follow this weight loss plan take a multi vitamin each day because the need for daily vitamins is essential to health. Exercise is also recommended. The best type of exercise is walking. Try to walk for at least 20 minutes a day if possible. Dieters should not attempt to participate in any type of strenuous exercise activity unless they are use to such activity.
