Feel like a 1,943 calorie burger at Ruby Tuesday? Or the 2,270 calorie spaghetti and meatballs dinner at Macaroni Grill? Here are some high point restaurant nightmares.

If you're looking for a low-point meal at a chain restaurant, you'll find decent options at restaurants like the Olive Garden, Applebee's, and TGIFriday's. Unfortunately, many chain restaurants are not nearly as points-friendly. When it comes to choices that are easily compatible with the Weight Watchers plan, here are some of the worst chain restaurants-- along with a list of some of the nutritional nightmares on their menu.

Ruby Tuesday

If you're looking for a point-friendly meal at Ruby Tuesday, try the salad bar, and be sure to use low-fat dressing. Or order an entree and share it with 3-4 other people. With enormous burgers and plates of ribs, there simply aren't that many healthy choices at Ruby Tuesday. Even the veggie burger is 22 points! Here's a list of some of the most obnoxious items on their menu, along with points and nutritional info.

  • Colossal Burger: 50 points, 1943 calories, 141 grams fat
  • Veggie Burger: 22 points, 943 calories, 52 grams fat
  • Full Rack Baby Back Ribs: 39 points, 1600 calories, 96 grams fat
  • Fresh Chicken and Broccoli Pasta: 51 points, 2061 calories, 128 grams fat
  • Chicken Parmesan Pasta: 40 points, 1654 calories, 96 grams fat
  • Chicken Pot Pie: 34 points, 1324 calories, 105 grams fat
  • Ruby Minis (4): 33 points, 1310 calories, 90 grams fat
  • Double Chocolate Cake: 23 points, 979 calories, 48 grams fat

Macaroni Grill

The Macaroni Grill doesn't offer as many healthy choices as the Olive Garden. Moreover, some of the points values on their entrees will make your jaw drop. Don't let those grilled entrees fool you, as they're some of the worst things on the menu! And beware of those desserts.

  • Spaghetti & Meatballs with Meat Sauce, Dinner: 54 points, 2270 calories, 115 grams fat
  • Fettucini Alfredo with Chicken: 34 points, 1370 calories, 97 grams fat
  • Grilled Pork Chops: 44 points, 1800 calories, 107 grams fat
  • Grilled Salmon Teriyaki: 31 points, 1290 calories, 81 grams fat
  • Chicken Pesto Pizza: 43 points, 1780 calories, 94 grams fat
  • Dessert Ravioli: 41 points, 1720 calories, 89 grams fat
  • New York Cheesecake with Caramel Fudge Sauce: 44 points, 1760 calories, 113 grams fat
  • Tiramisu: 34 points, 1440 calories, 65 grams fat

Chili's

With their Guiltless Grill, Chili's has a good selection of lower point options. However, some of their high point options are pretty scary, so choose your meal wisely.

  • Baby Back Ribs: 33 points, 1370 calories, 82 grams fat
  • Country Fried Steak: 46 points, 1890 calories, 107 grams fat
  • Fajita Steak Quesadillas; 47 points, 1970 calories, 96 grams fat
  • Chicken Crispers: 47 points, 1870 calories, 129 grams fat
  • BBQ Ranch Burger Without Fries: 27 points, 1110 calories, 71 grams fat
  • Chicken Caesar Salad: 25 points, 1010 calories, 76 grams fat
  • Awesome Blossom: 70 points, 2710 calories, 203 grams fat
  • Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream: 37 points, 1600 calories, 78 grams fat
