Feel like a Monster Thickburger? How about a BK Quad Stacker? Here are some incredibly high point fast food options.

If you're on Weight Watchers and are looking for low point fast food options, there are plenty of choices-- but watch out! Fast food restaurants offer more healthy choices than they used to, but many of their selections are still diet nightmares. Some of the high-point options are obvious, as you don't have to be a dietitian to know that a hamburger with multiple slices of beef, bacon, and cheese and a big smear of mayo is an unhealthy choice. But some of the most unhealthy fast food selections will surprise you. Here are some seriously high-point selections at fast food places.

Taco Bell

Taco Bell has some delightfully low-point options, especially since they started their "Fresco style" option, which allows you to substitute cheese and other fatty topping for low-calorie Fresco sauce. However, there are also some high-point doozies on the menu to avoid.

Burger King

In recent years, McDonald's has made an effort to put more low-calorie items on their menu. At Burger King, the opposite seems true. Although a few lower-point options are available, including one of the few fast food veggie burgers on the market, a good many of Burger King's offerings are a nutrition nightmare.

McDonalds

Although McDonald's does have more healthy items than in the past, they still offer some foods you should probably never eat. Watch out for the Chicken Selects Premium Breast Strips. They sound pretty healthful, but they're not! And watch out for the McFlurrys.

Dairy Queen

Dairy Queen offers smaller cones and sundaes that are definitely Weight Watchers friendly. But their larger treats are high-point shockers, especially those candy-filled Blizzards! Some of the entree items are incredibly high-point as well.

Hardee's

Anyplace that advertises a "Monster Thickburger: (which has 107 grams of fat) is bound to have some incredibly unhealthy choices. Here's some of the doozies on the Hardee's menu.

There's no reason you can't indulge in fast food on Weight Watchers, especially since so many fast food chains are catering to people who are looking for something lighter. But they're also catering to people with some big appetites, so watch out!
