Ely and Cilley’s advice to declutter the body and lose weight

Body Clutter comes as a highly recommended weight loss book. It has made a positive change for many women hoping to lose weight and befriend themselves.

Body Clutter by Maria Cilley (the Flylady) and Leanne Ely (the Dinner Diva) is a unique book on a very personal topic: weight loss.
